Design – Web and Interaction
We have sent official invites out to our design and interaction speakers. We are approaching more than 20 design speakers to see who is available for WEB09.
To ensure an international flavour, we are focusing strongly on designers based in the USA, Japan and Sweden.
Technology
WEB09’s technology stream will focus on client-side technologies, platforms and APIs, including:
- Adobe Flash
- Microsoft Silverlight
- Adobe Flex and AIR
- Web APIs from social networking to Amazon
- Internet Explorer 8
- And the hot favourite, Apple iPhone
Community – Web, Social, Media
We have been working hard at this one. We have talked with several extremely cool startups and established companies. We’ve had a really good response and have now sent the official invites.
The companies we are focusing on fall into the following areas:
- Social networking
- Community-generated content
- Media sharing
